Carryboy products are an aftermarket product, not a genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) product.
Carryboy are not responsible if damage is caused by installation of our products on OEM or other aftermarket brand canopies.
Due to the size of some accessories postage will be via registered courier service and signature will be required on delivery. Larger items i.e Tradesmen Racks or Slide Floors cannot be shipped to P.O boxes or residential addresses and therefore will need to be shipped to a business address or alternatively pick up is available from our Melbourne Head Office.
Please note if no one is present at the time of delivery your item will be redirected back to the shipping depot and you will be charged a re delivery fee of $50 inc GST.
Smaller items 3kgs or under can be shipped via Australia Post and can be delivered to a P.O Box, residential or business address. Carryboy are not liable if items are lost or stolen if delivered without a signature.
Tracking information will be emailed to your email address provided at the time of purchase. Carryboy Australia takes no responsibility for slow or late delivery of items by the courier service or Australia Post. Investigations into lost items will not be lodge until 2 weeks from the date of dispatch.
Carryboy Accessories come with a 12 month Manufacturer Warranty, as stated in the description of each product. Any warranty claim will be direct to Carryboy Head Office. Lodging a warranty claim must be accompanied with a receipt of purchase.
Carryboy reserve the right to reject returns on any items found deemed to be damaged, misused or incorrectly installed.
